At PartyJay we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. We therefore recommend you read our Refund and Return Policy prior to you making a purchase so you are familiar with our policy on refunds and returns and your rights under Australia Consumer Law. You have 7 days from the date you purchased to request a refund or exchange excluding restricted products.
If any goods purchased are damaged or are found to be faulty, please contact our store on 02 96514609 as soon as possible. We will either arrange for a replacement of the goods or refund the price to you once the damage/faulty goods have been received and deemed to have been damage or faulty. Damage/faulty goods must be returned in the condition received by you with all original packaging, accessories and/or manuals.
Refunds will be made by PartyJay via the method of payment you used to make your purchases. Refunds on card transaction will usually take 2-3 business days to appear on your statement.
No refunds or exchanges can be authorised without your original PartyJay receipt. We cannot search customers receipts. Every customer is given a receipt, please ensure you retain it as proof of purchase.
